Artist's Description
I usually leave late whenever I get on the road to stay away from most traffic and tourist during this time of year. It was 11:00PM and the sun was till up with a nice tempter of 19 Celsius (67F). I got to the top of the hill before the road to the cabin. I pulled to the side of the road to look at the view you all are see. What you are see is the Alaska Range about 241 Km (150 Miles) away from my location. It was a great view. The sun was behind the mountain producing the most glorious glow of orange and yellow. It just turned 12AM, and the landscape was like this till the reset of the night. We call this event the midnight sun.
About Kyle Lavey

Welcome, My name is Kyle Lavey. I was born and raised in Alaska, where I have experienced many beautiful moments that captivated me. It has changed a lot of how I view the world and how I learn from it. An early age, I was quiet and observant. It’s only when I got myself into photography in my teens, that I became perceptive to how light changes. Light is a fundamental source to a photographer's art. Light helps us capture these enchanting moments. I know that I am only one out of one million photographers out there, but I hope to captivate you with what I have to offer on my site.
